FAQs

What is the maximum capacity?
Our Event Center will comfortably accommodate up to 150-200 People seated.

What are the rental prices and what is included?
Our pricing is event specific. It is mainly based on headcount, menu selection and length of time of the event. Pricing includes staffing, table and chair set up, linens, cash bar and extra time before and after for special set up/decorating.

What are the hours of operation?
11A – 12A Monday-Friday 10A - 12A Saturday and Sunday.

How do I secure a date?
We require a 25% deposit to secure the date. All our dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Do you do catering?
Yes, we can provide in-house buffet style catering.

Can I bring my own catering?
We allow outside catering from licensed establishments. Homemade food is not allowed. If the caterer is not a well-known restaurant or chain, the caterer must submit a business license from their local jurisdiction, a food service permit, or health permit from their local health department. The caterer must be able to bring the food, prepared, and have means to keep it cool/warm through the duration of the entire event. Our staff will assist in monitoring food temperatures throughout the event and we will still provide plates, silverware, catering equipment and napkins.

What is the alcohol policy?
No outside alcohol is permitted. A cash bar is included in the room rate, meaning guests can purchase alcohol over the bar. Open bar and hosted bar options are available.

Is there audio/visual equipment?
We offer satellite radio as background music but highly suggest a DJ or your own speakers as our system will not connect to a phone or laptop. We also have slideshow capabilities as well as a microphone.

What is parking like?
Ample parking available. All on- premise parking lots are available to the client on an equal basis as to the general public.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Cancellation Notice of 60 days or more prior to event:

• 50% of deposit and payments will be refunded to the client.

• Cancellation Notice within 30 days of the event:

• Deposit will not be refunded.

• All payments above deposit will be refunded*
